The reference subject must never appear in the output.

EXACT SUBJECT CONTENT
Retain exactly the subjects already present in the buyer’s photograph. Add no new living subjects. Do not duplicate, omit, merge, replace, or transform any existing subject.

Apply the following instructions only where the relevant feature is actually visible in the buyer’s photograph. Do not invent features or body parts to satisfy an instruction.

PRESERVE IDENTITY AND FACIAL STRUCTURE
Preserve each subject’s individual appearance, original head silhouette, facial proportions, feature shapes and positions, coloring, age, hair or fur, distinctive markings, and worn accessories.

Do not beautify, idealize, symmetrize, slim, or substitute generic illustrated features. Keep each subject recognizable as the same individual.

PRESERVE THE EXACT EXPRESSION
Keep the original eye shape, eyelid openness, eyebrow position, gaze, mouth shape, mouth opening, smile intensity, and visible teeth or tongue.

Open mouths remain open. Closed mouths remain closed. Neutral expressions remain neutral. Do not invent smiles or alter expressions to make the image more festive.

PRESERVE ORIENTATION AND COMPOSITION
Do not mirror or horizontally flip the photograph, any subject, or any face.

Preserve the original head rotation, head tilt, face direction, body direction, and viewpoint. A face directed toward the viewer’s left must remain directed toward the viewer’s left, and the same applies to the viewer’s right.

Keep the original left-to-right order, relative sizes, head positions, spacing, physical contact, and front-to-back overlap relationships.

Preserve all existing poses and visible anatomy. Keep limbs attached to the correct subject and retain their original positions and overlap order. Do not reconstruct hidden or cropped body parts.

Keep original clothing, colors, patterns, and accessories. Do not redesign outfits or rearrange subjects.

TRADITIONAL WATERCOLOR TEXTURE
Use transparent watercolor layering, soft pigment diffusion, clearly visible fine pigment granulation, delicate cold-pressed paper grain, small broken washes, and natural pigment accumulation.

The watercolor grain must be visible on faces as well as hair, fur, clothing, and accessories. It must not be confined to the clothing.

Render facial surfaces with delicate but discernible textured washes while preserving the original facial geometry and shading. Use fine, organically varied pigment deposits in midtones and shadows, with lighter grain in highlights.

Do not airbrush, polish, blur, or smooth away the facial watercolor texture. Avoid plastic skin, flat cartoon gradients, and glossy digital rendering.

Pigment granulation is a painting texture, not a new physical marking. Do not turn it into invented freckles, wrinkles, spots, or stains. Avoiding new markings must not remove the painted grain.

Use thin, slightly irregular, intermittently broken dark-brown ink contours and a small amount of fine cross-hatching. Follow the existing shapes rather than reshaping them. Keep eyes, noses, mouths, and visible teeth clearly readable. Avoid thick cartoon outlines.

Maintain a warm, refined, hand-painted appearance consistent with the watercolor technique of the style reference.

SANTA HATS AND CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
Add one naturally fitted red Santa hat to each existing subject, with textured white fur trim and a white pom-pom.

Adapt each hat to the original head angle and anatomy. Do not reshape or reposition the subject to fit the hat. Keep eyes and identifying facial features visible.

Add loosely draped dark-green Christmas light wires over visible shoulders and torsos, with small red, yellow, blue, and green teardrop-shaped bulbs.

Use fewer decorations when space is limited. Do not move subjects, alter poses, obscure faces, cover important contact points, or pass wires through bodies.

Paint all decorations with the same watercolor granulation and fine ink technique. Use restrained painted highlights without strong glow.

SCOPE
Apply the effect only to the existing subjects and the added hats and lights. Do not introduce text, names, dates, scenery, borders, product shapes, or mockup elements.

Identity, expression, orientation, anatomy, and subject relationships take priority over stylization and decorations. Achieve the watercolor effect through pigment and surface texture, not by redesigning the subjects.

BACKGROUND REMOVAL AND TRANSPARENT OUTPUT

Remove the entire original photographic background. Output only the original subjects, their worn accessories, and the added Santa hats and Christmas lights, isolated on a fully transparent background.

Remove background visible through gaps between subjects, arms, legs, hair, and other parts of the silhouette. Preserve actual shadows, dark clothing, and dark fur belonging to the subjects.

Deliver a PNG with a genuine alpha transparency channel. Do not replace the background with white, black, a solid color, a checkerboard pattern, or a paper texture.

Keep the subjects opaque. Preserve white clothing, white fur, teeth, eye whites, and the white trim and pom-poms of Santa hats. Retain fine hair and fur edges without background residue, white fringes, black fringes, or glowing outlines.

Keep all watercolor granulation and paper grain within the subjects and their accessories. Do not add surrounding watercolor washes, paint splashes, scenery, ground shadows, or a backdrop.

Apply the effect to all existing subjects in the buyer’s photograph. Return only the isolated illustration with a transparent background.
*** In case you are UNABLE TO UPLOAD photo, feel free to add cart and checkout as usual.
